The Opportunity
As Tiny Health’s first in-house brand designer, you will tell the story of our company and drive brand awareness, user engagement, and growth across marketing channels. You will become an expert on the Tiny Health brand and serve as the primary designer for Tiny Health brand collateral, including website design, social media assets, email templates, and more. This position reports directly to the Marketing Lead.
What You’ll Do:
- Design assets for digital campaigns, landing pages, email, social, print, and events.
- Build and extend our existing visual language as an extension of our brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.)
- Enable non-designers to create on-brand assets with the development of self-serve templates, tools, libraries, request processes, etc.
- Actively contribute to Tiny Health’s Brand Guidelines/Standards and shape the evolution of the brand voice and strategy as our company evolves
- Be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company
- Educate others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling
- Collaborate with the marketing team and outside agencies to understand objectives and create designs that achieve desired results
- Collaborate with Product/UX Design to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Science to turn complex concepts into easy-to-understand visuals to help educate prospects and customers
- Continually iterate on concepts to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s) and more effective in performance-based channels.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years’ professional brand design experience, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment (past work in direct-to-consumer health/wellness brands a bonus)
- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- A portfolio of brand design samples illustrating work across marketing channels
- Effective in conveying visual brand identity across multiple marketing channels
- Ability to take complex concepts and translate them into effective, persuasive visuals
