About Tiny Health
Tiny Health offers the first and most comprehensive at-home gut microbiome test for families. We're pioneering new ways to interpret microbiome data, developing novel biomarkers and metrics, and building the world’s largest dataset of infant and family microbiomes.
The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product & Engineering team at Tiny Health. You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, design, science, and operations to own the product roadmap and bring impactful features to life across our customer-facing, clinician-facing, and enterprise-facing experiences.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll be expected to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll translate insights into action, drive outcomes across multiple surfaces, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, across customer-facing, clinician-facing, and enterprise-facing experiences.
- Translate scientific and user insights into clear product requirements and thoughtful user experiences.
- Define and drive the product roadmap in close collaboration with leadership and the core product and engineering team, incorporating input from science, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Improve user activation, engagement, and retention through intuitive UX and onboarding flows.
- Build tools and workflows that empower clinicians, internal ops, and customer support teams.
- Use data, research, and feedback loops to prioritize features and measure impact.
- Partner with Growth and Marketing to launch new initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Make fast, strategic decisions with limited data, balancing scrappiness and precision.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- ~5+ years of product management experience, with end-to-end ownership of complex products. We’re also open to exceptional candidates with less experience, or those with significantly more who are excited by our stage.
- Strong analytical skills. You’re comfortable digging into data, defining metrics, and using insights to drive decisions, influence stakeholders, and measure product impact.
- A track record of owning the business performance of a product area. You treat your product like a mini P&L.
